Akai Hana has been serving sushi and other Japanese cuisine since
Jan.1992. It is located at 3223 w. Lake Ave. Wilmette, Illinois 60091.
Akai Hana means red flower.
During lunch there are many specials, including seafood, chicken
teriyaki, lunch box, nabeyaki udon (hot) and our vegetable combination.
Our fish is served fresh daily. Our sushi chef serves a unique variety
of sushi and rolls from basic creations like hamachi, maguro, salmon,
albacore, toro and hirame to popular rolls like California roll,
rainbow roll, soft-shell crab roll, shrimp tempura roll and more. For
those who like spicy food, we offer spicy tuna roll, spicy yellowtail
roll, spicy scallops roll and others. You will be surprised at our very
unique creations.
